TPU is a high‑performance eco‑friendly material. It features outstanding comprehensive properties: superior abrasion resistance (over 5 times that of natural rubber), high mechanical strength (tensile strength up to 70 MPa) and high elasticity (elongation at break up to 1000 %). It has good environmental adaptability with oil resistance, mildew resistance and low‑temperature resistance down to ‑50 °C, as well as a wide adjustable hardness range from Shore A 60 to Shore D 80.

It is widely applied in industrial and civil fields: footwear (sports shoe air cushions, shoe soles), industrial components (cable sheaths, hydraulic hoses, sealing rings), consumer‑electronic accessories (phone protective cases, smart watch bands), automotive and medical supplies (auto parts, surgical gowns, medical catheters), films and textiles (waterproof moisture‑permeable fabrics, inflatable products).
